A valid ID that matches the name used to purchase the ticket must be presented to pick up your ticket. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID, Etix order confirmation for wristband pickup. No exceptions.

Clemson Music Fest has partnered with GovX to offer discount tickets to U.S. military, government agencies, police, fire and EMS. The discount is offered for all ticket types only through GovX.
Please note promo codes are not valid on Early Bird ticket pricing. Promo codes cannot be applied or credited to past purchases.
In order to process an upgrade, customers must purchase their new desired ticket type, forward the confirmation email to info@clemsonmusicfest.com and we will refund the original order. After April 1st, 2024, upgrades are no longer permitted online. All upgrades after the fulfillment cutoff date must be done at Will Call. Will Call will open the week of the festival and remain open throughout the duration of the festival.
The festival site will be ADA accessible.
Clemson Music Fest has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”
Adult fest. Kids are welcome but must have a ticket. Children 10 and under are admitted free but must be accompanied by an adult.
You must be 21 to drink and you must possess a valid ID to purchase alcohol. CMF is a zero tolerance event. All local and State laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.
When you enter the Clemson Music Fest (“CMF”) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by CMF and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar CMF events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of CMF. You release CMF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by CMF or the person or entity designated to do so by CMF. When you enter CMF, you have consented, waiver of liability.
